What is the cost of your service?
You can find full pricing information on our Pricing Page. Our most popular option—the Premium Plan—covers up to 4 cans and multiple trash/recycle days for $54/month, billed quarterly.

Please note: Services are billed monthly in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Billing will continue on a recurring monthly basis unless you specifically request cancellation. Payment is due on or before the first day of each new cycle.
Do you offer service for multiple days or cans?
Yes, we offer flexible plans to suit your needs:
Starter Plan: Same-day pickup for trash and recycle, covering up to 2 cans.
Premium Plan: Separate pickup days for trash and recycle, with up to 4 cans.
Business Plan: Separate pickup days for trash and recycle, covering up to 6 cans.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel your service, please provide at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. You can submit your cancellation request via the online form in your client dashboard.
For accounts on volume pricing, cancellations involving 50% or more of serviced properties—or full account closures—require a 90-day notice before the next billing cycle. These must also be submitted through the cancellation form in the dashboard.
Please note: We do not offer partial credits or refunds for unused service within an active billing period.
How do you ensure I can trust DogCanRunners?
Our BinRunners are thoroughly screened, professionally trained, and background-checked to ensure trustworthy service. Like landscapers, they are reliable service providers dedicated to delivering consistent care to your property.
What if my trash/recycle schedule changes?
If your trash or recycling schedule changes, just email us at binsupport@thedogcan.com. We’ll update your service to match the new schedule so everything stays seamless and convenient.
Can you handle bulk pickups or special requests?
Yes, we provide OnDemand services for bulk item pickups, junk removal, and other special requests. To schedule an OnDemand service, simply complete the OnDemand Waste Removal Form in your client dashboard. Our team will take care of your request within 24 to 48 hours.
